  The “China Property Award of Supreme Excellence” is judged by a panel composed of the Hong Kong Stock Analysts Association and veteran stock commentators, which selects PRC real estate enterprises with the most outstanding performance based on six categories namely financial performance, prospects, governance standards, project execution, brand image and efforts in social responsibility.
