Aoyuan Achieves Property Contracted Sales of RMB3.5 Billion for First Two Months

(11 March 2022 – Hong Kong) China Aoyuan Group Limited (“Aoyuan” or the “Company”, Stock Code: 3883) announced that during the first two months of 2022, the Company achieved property contracted sales totaling approximately RMB3.50 billion and contracted gross floor area (GFA) sold approximately 412,000 sq.m.
In February 2022, Aoyuan achieved property contracted sales of approximately RMB1.58 billion and contracted GFA sold approximately 204,000 sq.m.
