Aoyuan Achieves Property Contracted Sales of RMB8 Billion for First Three Months

(11 April 2022 – Hong Kong) China Aoyuan Group Limited (“Aoyuan” or the “Company”, Stock Code: 3883) announced that during the first three months of 2022, the Company achieved property contracted sales totaling approximately RMB7.96 billion and contracted gross floor area (GFA) sold approximately 786,000 sq.m.
In March 2022, Aoyuan achieved property contracted sales of approximately RMB4.46 billion and contracted GFA sold approximately 374,000 sq.m.
