Aoyuan Achieves Property Contracted Sales of RMB17.25 Billion for First Eight Months

(9 September 2022 – Hong Kong) China Aoyuan Group Limited (“Aoyuan” or the “Company”, Stock Code: 3883) announced that during the first eight months of 2022, the Company achieved property contracted sales totaling approximately RMB17.25 billion and contracted gross floor area (GFA) sold approximately 1,742,000 sq.m.
In August 2022, Aoyuan achieved property contracted sales of approximately RMB1.25 billion and contracted GFA sold approximately 176,000 sq.m.
