Aoyuan Achieves Property Contracted Sales of RMB19.88 Billion for First Eleven Months

(9 Decmber 2022 – Hong Kong) China Aoyuan Group Limited (“Aoyuan” or the “Company”, Stock Code: 3883) announced that during the first eleven months of 2022, the Company achieved property contracted sales totaling approximately RMB19.88 billion and contracted gross floor area (GFA) sold approximately 2,051,000 sq.m.
In November 2022, Aoyuan achieved property contracted sales of approximately RMB 680 million and contracted GFA sold approximately 80,000 sq.m.
