A foundation stone laying ceremony of Yangjiang Aoyuan successfully completed

(6 January 2014——Yangjiang) The foundation stone laying ceremony of Yangjiang Aoyuan and "three batches" (三個一批) ceremony of Jiangcheng have been grandly held at the construction site of Yangjiang Aoyuan project in Changzhoudao, Jiangcheng, Yangjiang. Attendees include Mr. Guo Zining, committee secretary and CEO of Aoyuan Group, Xiong Xing, the general manager of Aoyuan Yue Xi Bei Pian Qu Company and relevant leaders of Jiangcheng, Yangjiang.
The ceremony started at 9 am. It first introduced the progress of "three batches" project of Jiangcheng and then Mr. Guo Zining, committee secretary and CEO of Aoyuan Group, made a speech on behalf of the company, indicating that Yangjiang Aoyuan project is the first project of Aoyuan which is located at the coastal city of Western part of Guangdong. With the unique location and transport and comfortable environment, he is confident to complete the construction of Yangjiang Aoyuan project and transform it into a benchmark project of Aoyuan and a popular property in Yangjiang. The relevant leaders and guests then started the foundation stone laying for Yangjiang Aoyuan project and the ceremony completed under the festive fireworks.
Along the Moyang river of Changzhoudao, Jiangcheng, Yangjiang, Yangjiang Aoyuan occupied
260,000 square metre with Moyang river at the eastern side and Mojiang Road at the southern part. Yangjiang Aoyuan, featured with accessible location and panoramic view, is expected to be launched to the market in the second half of 2014. Yangjiang Aoyuan project is designed to be the first-tier ecological park and community in Yangjiang which will further enhance the living standard of residents in Yangjiang upon completion. The construction of this project became a major milestone to promote the economic and social development of Jiangcheng and received extensive attention from governments of Yangjiang and Jiangcheng.
