Aoyuan ranked among "Top 50 Commercial Property Value of Chinese Listed Property Companies"and "2014 Top 100 Properties Held by Chinese Property Companies"

  (19 December 2014 - Shanghai) On 19 December 2014, the first "China Commercial Property Top One Hundred Summit and Presentation of Commercial Value Ranking of Chinese Listed Property Companies" was held in Hyatt on the Bund in Shanghai. With its outstanding contribution in commercial property, Aoyuan Group were ranked among the "Top 50 Commercial Property Value of Chinese Listed Property Companies" and "2014 Top 100 Properties Held by Chinese Property Companies". 

  China Commercial Property Top One Hundred Summit and Presentation of Commercial Value Ranking of Chinese Listed Property Companies was jointly organized bywinshang.com, the first portal in commercial property and 亿翰智库, a famous property research company, it is the most authoritative and most influential annual event for the top one hundred commercial property companies. During the summit, the first "Chinese Commercial Properties Ranking" evaluated in China using companies as unit, the evaluation of that ranking list used 31 December 2013 as the evaluation cut-off time, and used the public information in the 2013 annual reports of the company participants (commercial property projects and land bank etc), including projects of which construction had been completed, projects under construction, land bank without construction, it computed the future cash flow of the commercial portions of the companies, and arrived at the value of the commercial portion of each company participant at the time of evaluation.  The ranking list discovered the most valuable companies in the industry, which represented the brand image of companies and the real strengths of their positions in the industry, reflected the current conditions and development trend of the industry, served as a model and enhanced the optimization of capital allocation, played an important role in the enhancement of brand image of brand companies, accumulation of brand assets and strengthening of the position of the industry.
