Aoyuan commercial group helds 2014 Work Summary and 2015 Spring Festival Banquet

(13 February 2015 – Guangzhou) The 2014 Work Summary and 2015 Spring Festival Banquet of the Aoyuan commercial group was held in Aoyuan Plaza, the commercial group itself, all staff of Aoyuan Plaza and representatives of the subsidiaries joined this meeting. Mr Guo Zi Ning, secretary of party committee of Aoyuan Group and CEO, Ms Lin Li, vice secretary of party committee of Aoyuan, general manager of the property company, Assistant to CEO of the Group, Mr Miao Si Hua, president of the commercial group, Ms Feng Yin Ping, officer of party committee of the Group and other leaders attended. During the meeting, Miao Si Hua made a summary of the status of completion of tasks of 2014, he confirmed the property management company of Aoyuan Plaza accomplished more than the targets assigned in 2014, all business units and subsidiaries fully cooperated and finished the service projects of the property segment, he stressed that the commercial group has important missions and a long way to go in 2015, the primary mission is to carry out the commercial planning, leasing of property development projects and the operation of the projects already in service properly. The targets assigned and missions of Jiaoling, Wuhua, Zhuhai projects under the development segment of the commercial group are difficult, he requested all staff to work seriously and practically and all departments to communicate smoothly, to fully cooperate and accomplish all the missions assigned!
The meeting praised the outstanding departments and staff of the commercial group of Aoyuan in 2014, and awarded the prizes of 2014 "Excellent Manager Award", 2014 "Excellent Employee Award", "Excellent Team Award", "Excellent Managerial Staff", "Employee Star", "Excellent New Employee, the "Best Contribution Award", and the "Best Communication Staff Award" et. This compliment created models in the staff team, and encouraged all employees to work hard.
In order to facilitate the further allocation of 2015 target assignment of the commercial group, the effective implementation of working missions, Manager Miao Si Hua signed the statement of accountability of 2015 target assignments allocated with the persons-in-charge of all business units and subsidiaries for implementing the target assignment culture of Aoyuan.
Mr Guo Zi Ning, CEO made an important speech in the meeting, he recognized the results of 2014 that the commercial group had made, and expressed thanks to all members of staff for their contribution and efforts in the past year. Manager Guo said that in the new year the burden of the commercial group was even heavier, it mainly needed to focus three work areas: first, to place the work of leasing as the top task of the commercial group, to work hard on the leasing services of the property segment; second, to continue proper operational management, manage and make Aoyuan Plaza better, gain better reputation for the commercial projects, to insist on enhancing the operational management tasks of the existing hotels, to lay a solid foundation for the operation of several forthcoming hotels; third, to assume the mission of achieving the 2015 sales targets for commercial projects of Aoyuan, to stand boldly to overcome challenges, to fully complete targets.
Looking forward to 2015, under the guidance and support of the leaders of Aoyuan Group, and led by the operation team of the commercial group, all members of staff of the commercial group will closely uphold the concept of customer first, serve properly all internal and external clients, actively embrace the internet, adequately make use of the advantages of the internet to carry out the operation of commercial projects properly. All members of staff must devote all efforts towards the achievement of the 2015 target assigned, so as to enhance the Aoyuan brand.
