Dai Youhua and Zhang Liren, Vice Mayor of Panyu District in Guangzhou City, Zheng Baohong, Vice Chairman of the CPPCC of Panyu District , Fan Yijun, the Deputy Secretary of Wuhua County and County Magistrate, Wu Qingsong, the County Committee and Deputy County Magistrate, Li Qihong, Deputy Director of the Standing Committees of the People"s Congress of Wuhua County, Guo Zining, Secretary of the Party Committee and President of Aoyuan Group, Zhong Ping, CFO of Aoyuan Group and Miao Sihua, Assistant to President of the Group and President of the Business Group attended the groundbreaking ceremony.
