Aoyuan Builds Cross-border Commodity Exhibition & Trading Center in Nansha FTZ to Advance Cross-border E-commerce Strategy

  (27 May 2015 - Hong Kong) China Aoyuan Property Group Limited ("Aoyuan" or the "Company", Stock Code: 3883), a renowned property developer in China, is pleased to announce today that the Company has held a signing ceremony with ZSBAB.com, to build the Guangdong Nansha Aoyuan Cross-border Commodity Exhibition & Trading Center ("Trading Center") in Guangdong’s Nansha free trade zone.

  The Trading Center is located in Guangzhou Aoyuan Hai Jing Cheng, which is well-located at the heart of the Nansha free trade zone and is in close proximity to Jinzhou Station of Metro Line 4 and the Nansha District Government building. The Trading Center will adopt the "Offline Showroom + Online Purchase Platform" operation model, and cross-border e-commerce experience shops will be established in Aoyuan’s commercial properties as well. The Group aims to build the Trading Centre into a comprehensive cross-border bonded and duty-paid imported commodities O2O platform providing user experience, trading, testing, distribution, and communication services.

  The Trading Center is expected to officially open in August this year. Nearly 100 brands have confirmed their presence, and will provide a wide variety of products online, including household necessities, fresh food, baby products, cosmetics, electrical appliances, digital products and wine, etc..
