(10 September 2015 – Hong Kong) China Aoyuan Property Group Limited (“Aoyuan” or the “Company”, Stock Code: 3883), a renowned property developer in China, is pleased to announce that the Company has acquired the commission development rights of a plot of high quality residential land with a total GFA of approximately 280,000 sq. m. in Lianhua Hill, Panyu, Guangzhou through listing at Guangzhou Enterprises Mergers and Acquisitions Services. The commissioning party will contribute land based on its appraised value, and subsequently Aoyuan will pay 20% of the sales proceeds of the project to the commissioning party as its revenue.

The land parcel is well located in the west of Lianhua Hill Resort in Panyu, Guangzhou. Surrounded on three sides by a river, the project faces east over Lotus Hill Golf Resort the only golf course in Panyu, enjoying an unobstructed view of natural setting. The project is in close proximity to Guangzhou Higher Education Mega Center (aka Guangzhou University Town) and Guangzhou Innovation Town, where it has seen increasingly improved industry development and facilities with vast development potential.
