Aoyuan Achieves Property Contracted Sales of RMB18.3 Billion for First Nine Months

(7 October 2022 – Hong Kong) China Aoyuan Group Limited (“Aoyuan” or the “Company”, Stock Code: 3883) announced that during the first nine months of 2022, the Company achieved property contracted sales totaling approximately RMB18.30 billion and contracted gross floor area (GFA) sold approximately 1,865,000 sq.m.
In September 2022, Aoyuan achieved property contracted sales of approximately RMB1.04 billion and contracted GFA sold approximately 123,000 sq.m.
