Aoyuan Achieves Property Contracted Sales of RMB9.52 Billion for First Four Months

(12 May 2022 – Hong Kong) China Aoyuan Group Limited (“Aoyuan” or the “Company”, Stock Code: 3883) announced that during the first four months of 2022, the Company achieved property contracted sales totaling approximately RMB9.52 billion and contracted gross floor area (GFA) sold approximately 953,000 sq.m.
In April 2022, Aoyuan achieved property contracted sales of approximately RMB1.56 billion and contracted GFA sold approximately 167,000 sq.m.
