Aoyuan Achieves Property Contracted Sales of RMB11.91 Billion for First Five Months

(9June2022 – Hong Kong) China Aoyuan Group Limited(“Aoyuan” or the “Company”, Stock Code: 3883) announced that during the first five months of 2022, the Company achieved property contracted sales totaling approximately RMB11.91 billion and contracted gross floor area (GFA) sold approximately 1,206,000 sq.m.
In May 2022, Aoyuan achieved property contracted sales of approximately RMB2.39 billion and contracted GFA sold approximately 252,000 sq.m.
