Aoyuan Achieves Property Contracted Sales of RMB14.92 Billion for First Six Months

(11July2022 – Hong Kong) China Aoyuan Group Limited(“Aoyuan” or the “Company”, Stock Code: 3883) announced that during the first six months of 2022, the Company achieved property contracted sales totaling approximately RMB14.92 billion and contracted gross floor area (GFA) sold approximately 1,416,000 sq.m.
In June 2022, Aoyuan achieved property contracted sales of approximately RMB3.01 billion and contracted GFA sold approximately 211,000 sq.m.
