Aoyuan Achieves Property Contracted Sales of RMB16.01 Billion for First Seven Months

(10 August 2022 – Hong Kong) China Aoyuan Group Limited (“Aoyuan” or the “Company”, Stock Code: 3883) announced that during the first seven months of 2022, the Company achieved property contracted sales totaling approximately RMB16.01 billion and contracted gross floor area (GFA) sold approximately 1,566,000 sq.m. In July 2022, Aoyuan achieved property contracted sales of approximately RMB1.09 billion and contracted GFA sold approximately 150,000 sq.m.
