Aoyuan"s marketing strategy was recognized as creative and the "one-day-sold-out e-commerce" of Aoyuan Beyond Era received 2013 Most Influential Award

(21 December 2013---Guangzhou) In the Most Influential of Guangdong Internet Festival of 2013, the Aoyuan Beyond Era of China Aoyuan Property Group, leveraging on the "one-day-sold-out e-commerce", received 2013 Most Influential Award and became the only one property project featured with its innovative marketing strategy. 
As to the marketing and promotion strategies, Aoyuan Beyond Era not only fully utilized the media and online interactive platform, but also effectively promoted the economic influence of high-speed railway, the property values located near the stations and projects expected to be popular through integrated promotion methods such as district analysis, high-speed railway forums, site visits, WeChat and weibo in order to boost the subscription and create the investment trend. On the opening day, around 2000 customers came to the scene and RMB800million of sales is recorded in just two hours after launch. This project, the first commercial project sold out in a few hours, impressed the whole market in Guangdong. 
The Most Influential of Guangdong Internet Festival was organized by QQ.com, Nanfang Media Group and GD.QQ.com, with its theme as "the Great WE Era". This festival was comprised of three parts namely media influence, user influence and market force and presented 10 different types of awards including the Most Influential Event of the Year in Guangdong, the Person of the Year, the Voice of the Year, the Project with Marketing Effect of the Year, the Resources Integration of Platform of the Year, O2O Marketing Innovation of the Year and the Most Influential Award of the Year. These awards are granted according to the voting of judges and internet users, representing 60% and 40% respectively. The judges included Fan Yijin, the Dean of School of Journalism of Jinan University and Meng Hao, a member of the Guangdong Provincial Committee of CPPCC, etc. Such activity received more than 200,000 votes on the internet and aroused heated debate in the society.
