It is considered to be the first time that Panyu, a place with warm climate, can experience this large-scale falling snow program organized by Aoyuan as the Christmas special events. The program commenced at 7:30 pm but many people were impatient and came to Aoyuan Plaza before 7 pm to wait for the snow scene. Underground and open parking area had all been occupied within seconds and public transport such as buses were filled with passengers who rushed to come to Aoyuan Plaza. At 7:30 pm, Choir girls wearing red Christmas costume were singing beautifully while snowflake was falling down slowly from 4/F of East atrium. Crowds gathering in the East atrium all reached out their hands to catch the snowflakes, which formed a wonderful picture with soft lights and beautiful voice.  

The program was scheduled from 7:30 pm to 9 pm, during which Samba dance and tap dance were performed to stir up the excitement of people. Snow was falling four times which always yielded rapturous cheers and noises from the crowds. Couples were also busy to take photos, write weibo posts and send messages via WeChat. 

In addition to the Falling Snow Party, another important program of these Christmas special events organized in Aoyuan Plaza was known as the "World Sweet World", which was also appealing to the customers. The honey angels of Aoyuan Plaza wearing beautiful balloon dresses were dashing in the "World Sweet World" made of 100,000 balloons and attracted many people for photo taking. Balloons of a full spectrum of colors and shapes created a wide variety of items, including snowmen, Antarctic glacier, splendid snow house, Santa Claus falling from the sky and aviators with a plane soaring in the forests. Such a unique scenery was presented in Aoyuan Plaza.
