Aoyuan Beyond Era opening of new MOBO apartment demonstration zone

Inside the venue on that day Mr Yu Jiefu, deputy general manager, Guangzhou district company of Aoyuan Group shared the investment value of the South Station with the clients, the occupancy contract signing ceremony with Private – enjoyed Home, the custodial company of large chain store hotel apartment in China was officially held for this project, symbolizing the perfect demonstration of the matrix space functions of the hotel under equity arrangements of the MOBO apartment of Aoyuan Beyond Era, and offering increasing the value added of additional appreciation and prudent investment options for clients. Besides, the contract signing ceremony on occupancy intention of this project was held with merchants suchas Tangchu, GLC Business Architectural Design of the U.S. etc, all representatives of the merchants were bullish about the development potential of the South Station, and hoped that they could be the first gold diggers of the South Station through their cooperation with Aoyuan Beyond Era.
The innovative new type of MOBO apartment launched by this event has a surface area of 48-59 sq.m., it combines four investment functions: company exhibition hall, creative office, commercial club, hotel under equity arrangements, and the official occupancy of the hotel under equity arrangements also marks the start of new functions of the MOBO apartment.
