Professor Lin Jiang, officer, professor and tutor of doctoral degree of the Fiscal and Taxation Faculty of Lingnan College of Zhongshan University made a speech on the topic of "2014 Property Market Analysis and Forecast"in the event, he used data to debate that the property market in 2014 was still prosperous. 

Mr Yu Jiefu, deputy general manager - marketing, Guangzhou district company of Aoyuan Group gave a detailed introduction of the projects of three major complexes of Aoyuan in the Guangzhou district, and showed the development achievements on the commercial side: the three projects of Aoyuan City Plaza located at Panyu, Aoyuan Beyond Era located at the South Station and Aoyuan Plaza located at Luogang, the positioning of each of the three projects has its own strengths, forming three name cards of the commercial property of Aoyuan Group. 

A new project of a complex of Aoyuan Group in Guangzhou for this year — Luogang Aoyuan Plaza was officially launched in the event. Luogang Aoyuan Plaza is located at the core of Luogang district, the hottest area in the property market in Guangzhou at this moment, its location is the traditional central living district of Luogang, and is the only central plot in Luogang, it is surrounded by over 10 large residences, several Fortune 500 companies station here, in the future the district will attract the high end consumption power of that district. The project is a project on top of Xiangxue station which is the departure station of metro line #6, it is positioned as the "Metropolitan entertainment centre for a population of one million", and a conglomerate of an urban complex of 400,000 sq.m. comprising entertainment street district with an experience theme, trendy shopping mall, Grade A offices, upgraded LOFT apartments and apartments with schools in the city centre. The first batch of properties are 27-177 sq. m. of top-notch shops facing the street, it is expected to be launched for sale in 2014 Q2.
