Lauching of Meizhou Aoyuan Peninsula View Sales Centre

（24 May 2014——Meizhou）Balloons, percussion music, dancing lions and applause marked the grand opening of the Meizhou Aoyuan Peninsula View sales centre. Mr Luo Guangying and Mr Guo Jianming, Meizhou Project"s Deputy General Managers of Aoyuan Group, and leaders of various associations and organizations such as Meizhou Industry and Commerce Association, Secretariat of Meizhou·World Hakka Business Conference and Development and Construction Group Office of Meizhou Qinyang Peninsula Brand Strategic Development Area attended this activity. In the morning, the sales centre was flooded with crowd. A large number of interested parties visited and customers came continuously for consultation.
Meizhou Aoyuan Peninsula View invited the famous star in Hong Kong and Taiwan Mr Huang An to perform on the day of event. He sang many classics known to all, such as "New Butterfly Dream" and "Winds from Four Directions". The audience was excited and kept on cheering. The people of Meizhou welcomed the star with unprecedented warmth. During his interaction with the audience, Mr Huang An has especially prepared gifts for them. Aoyuan Arts Troupe has given Meizhou citizens fine audio and visual enjoyment with fantastic performances such as "The Drunk Princess", "The Tune of Luck" and "Dance Happily". Subsequently, Mr Huang An visited the sales center to see the model units. Customers requested autographs and photographs with him and the atmosphere reached the highest point. Many customers strongly believed in the potential of Aoyuan Peninsula View and they paid intention deposit on site in order to get hold of their ideal homes.
In 2013, the planning of Meizhou Qinyang Peninsula Branch Strategic Development Area was introduced. Aoyuan Group entered Meizhou afterwards and explored opportunities in Qinyang Peninsula. As the first project in Qinyang Peninsula Branch Strategic Development Area, Meizhou Aoyuan Peninsula View will be a model of high-end human habitat with an international perspective in Meizhou. It will represent the international new image of Meizhou with the status of "the 700,000-square-metre riverside international community in city centre" in the future.
