The 2014 investment promotion conference of Aoyuan City Plaza was held

  (24 October 2014--- Guangzhou) On 24 October, "Commercial elites gathered to share their life". The 2014 investment promotion conference of Aoyuan City Plaza was grandly held. Many brand merchants and investors came to Aoyuan City Plaza to have sharing on wealth. Mr. Gu Haitao, the assistant to the group president and executive president of Guangzhou regional office, Mr. Mo Hong Sheng, the general manager of marketing centre of Guangzhou regional company, Mr. Yu Jiefu, the deputy general manager of marketing centre of Guangzhou regional company, Ms. Jin Yuru, the deputy general manager of commercial management company of Aoyuan City of commercial group, and Mr. Chen Liquan, the deputy general investment manager of commercial management company of Aoyuan City of commercial group, attended the conference.

  Firstly, Mr. Chen Liquan reported the investment results and said that Aoyuan City Plaza offered merchants the best security of ongoing operation with its precise positioning as a leisure tourism experiential complex, favorable accessibility to 3 railways and customer source from Changlong 5A scenic spot. Since the implementation of investment promotion work in April 2014, the occupancy rate of project reached 55% and over 100 merchants engaging in sectors such as food, fashions, childhood education, children department store, leisure and apparel retailing, have signed the contract for establishment. The project is expected to achieve over 75% and 95% of occupancy rate by 31 December 2014 and 30 May 2015, respectively. In August 2015, the shops will conduct the trial operation while commencing operation in October 2015 in general. During such event, the brand merchants such as Chaohui KTV, Qiaqi Park, Jungle Hero, MAANPLUS, A-Li-Lang, Domo Italian Restaurant, Gongcha, Wansui Japanese Restaurant, have signed the establishment agreement. Other shops such as Ba Qian Dai, Tamayaki, Fanfan 3D Studio, Haiwo Steak House, Jin Xiang Yue, La Shang Yin, Longmen Grilled Fish, Mao Jia Wan, Meng Zi Yuan, Tianhe Department Store, Tu Tu, Wanhe Department Store, Weilai Restaurant, Yonghe Daiwang and Zhong Ying will be presented soon. 

  Pan, the president of Chaohui KTV, said that the project positioning of Aoyuan City Plaza as a metropolitan leisure flagship in South China aligned with the development of Chaohui KTV. Also, the favorable conditions such as accessibility of the project to the 3 railways and the pedestrian flow of 20 million tourists from Changlong resort, and a large community of 1.3 million residents nearby have strengthened the confidence and determination of Chaohui KTV. Chaohui KTV reasonably believes that the cooperation between Aoyuan City Plaza and brand merchants will bring more highlights to the commercial sector in Guangzhou. 

  It is reported that Aoyuan City Plaza further introduced first-tier popular shops of 74-110 sq.m. in section 7, which is expected to see another buying frenzy. The Vienna international hotel apartments (loft-style) in section 8 with 48-62 sq.m. are also sold at the same time which the merchants enjoyed zero monthly rent for 10-year leaseback.
