"2014 Business Development of a New Metropolitan Centre"summit conference was successfully held by Guangzhou Luogang Aoyuan Plaza

(23 March 2014—— Guangzhou) A summit conference on "2014 Business Development of a New Metropolitan Centre"was held by Guangzhou Luogang Aoyuan Plaza in Guangzhou Science City Jade Crown Holiday Inn, Ye Tan, a famous finance and economics scholar, known as the "Finance Heroine", Ding Li, director, science research division, Guangdong Provincial Chinese Academy of Sciences, Li Zhenwei, a seasoned real estate expert of China, business partners and renowned entrepreneurs of Tianhe and Luogang stayed under the same roof to share this wealth summit conference regarding the development opportunities of the city in the future. 

A new Huangpu era, positive development prospects of Luogang by scholars and experts
Nine o’clock in the morning, the hall was already packed with guests. After the opening speech by Mr Gu Hai Tao, assistant to president of Aoyuan Group, executive president of the Guangzhou district company, the curtain of the forum was opened. The experts and scholars expressed their unique opinion on the macro-economic development of China, the investment opportunities after merging of Huangpu and Luogang, the potential value of commercial properties in the centre of a metropolitan city etc. As the first guest invited to deliver her speech, Ye Tan - "Finance Heroine" shared the investment opportunities of the macro-economic development of China with her sharp judgment with wisdom and unique financial and economic perspectives amid loud applauses. Ms Ye Tan was of the view that the macro-economy of China was facing various challenges and opportunities, "chattels of high quality, in particular commercial properties are still the first choice for capital preservation. In the urbanization process driven vigorously by the state, a new investment era has started." 

Ding Li, director, science research division, Guangdong Provincial Chinese Academy of Sciences indicated that he was positive about the new Huangpu, he thought that the merger of the two districts of Huangpu and Luogang, the new Huangpu has fuelled the economic development of Luogang, and the launching in service of the metro line #6 is the engine for the development of Luogang. Li Zhenwei, seasoned real estate expert of China viewed Luogang from 5 perspectives, he considered that currently Luogang was the hottest residential and investment district in Guangzhou, and would be the core district driving the economic development of Guangzhou. The detailed data, humourous speech of the expert and scholars kept receiving rounds and rounds of applauses from the audience.

In the forum, Mr Chao Donghai, deputy general manager, sales centre, Guangzhou district company of Aoyuan Group recommended the project under the topic of "Focusing on Luogang, navigation led by Aoyuan".  Luogang Aoyuan Plaza is located in Guangzhou. As a new key project of Aoyuan Group for 2014, it is a large scale urban complex on top of the departure station of metro line #6, gathering four major property series, namely the first public street district with thematie experience, upgraded LOFT apartments on top of the metro, Grade A office landmark, luxury apartments with schools in the city centre, it creates the first destination with the "Lohas"lifestyle in Luogang.   

On the parameters of the project, 200,000 high end indigenous residents live in the main city district, surrounded by over 10 high end communities and served by three major administrative, educational and trendy people centres. It will become a metropolitan entertainment centre of one million people, and thereby announcing a new era of Luogang will go onstage. As the largest "one-stop" entertainment venue in Luogang, Luogang Aoyuan Plaza will carry out the "first injection" of assets in 2014 in the form of commercial activities under three experience themes – New York trendy shopping centre, Champ Elysees entertainment street with thematic experience, Milan special household product retail spaces. The properties of the first phase of the project are principally 27-177 sq. m. of top-notch shops facing the street with thematic experience in the centre of the open street district, it is expected to be officially launched for sale in Q2 of 2014.
