More than 100 participants attended the ceremony. These include Li Guanghang, standing party committee of Panyu district and secretary of community CPI; Yang Xiaohong, standing committee of community CPI and office director; Dai Jinrong, vice minister of organisation department of district committee; Cheng Hongying, secretary of working committee of the party of Qiaonan Street ; Guo Zining, committee secretary and chairman of Aoyuan Group and party secretary of Fan Ao community; Lin Li, deputy committee secretary and secretary of CPI of Aoyuan Group and deputy party secretary and secretary of CPI of Fan Ao community; as well as relevant leaders of district CPI and working committee of the party of Qiaonan Street, members of the party committee of Fan Ao district, CPI committees, party representatives and the press. 

For Fan Ao CPI, the secretary will be Lin Li, deputy committee secretary and secretary of CPI of Aoyuan Group and deputy party secretary of Fan Ao community. Vice secretary shall be Li Daoming, CPI of CPC in Fan Ao district, deputy attorney general of Fan Ao Procuratorate and director of anti-corruption bureau. Committee members include Han Exin, full-time vice secretary of CPC committee and secretary of central Party branch of Fan Ao district; Feng Boming, deputy director of Audit Bureau of Panyu district; and Wan Li’an, general property manager of Fan Ao community. 

The establishment ceremony started at 15:30. Secretary Lin Li made an introduction speech on the event of "anti-corruption in community" organized by the Party committee of Fan Ao, as well as the positioning and planning of Fan Ao CPI. Secretary Chen Hongying and Secretary Li Guanghang also made their speeches on acknowledgment of the meaningful establishment of Fan Ao CPI and successful results of their effort, and defined the requirement of the next phase of work.

Since establishment, the Fan Ao Party committee has been exploring and organizing events for "anti-corruption in community" in ways well received by the public. Fan Ao CPI will take up four roles upon establishment, namely, an "information officer" for obtaining public opinion by close connection with owners and residents; a "promotion officer" for advocating anti-corruption culture to the community and self-disciplines to Party and committee members; a "coordinator" for settling disputes for building harmonious families; and an "inspector" on the open financial position of property developer and residents committee and owners committee of the community and on important subjects of the public. The CPI shall play its role in establishing a community image of integrity.
