The ceremony started at 10 a.m. and relevant leaders in Luogang and Mr. Guo Zining, committee secretary and CEO of Aoyuan Group, made a speech on the kick-off ceremony. Fellow guests participated in the foundation stone laying ceremony. The ceremony concluded after a lion dance performance.
