A large-scaled "Special job fair for elites" was held on 19th floor of Aoyuan Mansion from 2 to 3 January 2013. The headquarters of the Group and the subsidiaries offered almost 100 posts to seek for the real talents, including numerous managerial posts in investment, finance, design, engineering, marketing, business operation, hotels and properties. It attracted a total of almost 400 job-seekers to come and apply during the two days. The efficiency and size of the job fair hit record high.

According to the three-year development plan of the Group, the Company adhered to the business strategy of "rapid and balanced development" and product strategy of "developing commercial and residential properties in parallel".
