With respect to financial management, Aoyuan Business Company (奧園商業公司) held training on financial management system on August 25, group incorruptible practice education activity on September 11, sharing meeting on the cost optimisation and control during the design phase on September 29 and financial work summary and exchange meeting for the year of 2012 on October 7 and other activities, which all start with the financial management and actively builds a rigorous and efficient financial management team. These trainings strengthened the awareness of all staff to strictly comply with the Company’s financial management system, and improved the rigor of the staff to carry out and implement the Company’s financial management system and process in their daily work. 

With respect to property management, on September 6, Group Information and Planning Centre conducted Training on Property Management Process of Aoyuan Group for the staff of the property management companies, which strengthened the understanding of the staff of the property management sector of the daily management process, procurement and contract management of the property management companies. 

With respect to talents training, Aoyuan regards talents as the most important assets of the Company, and fosters a working environment that is open, full of enthusiasm and encourages the healthy development of individuals. In order to improve the working skills, working abilities and quality of the staff, Aoyuan starts its work on the new staff, and organized its sixth new staff orientation training on September 15. Mr. Guo Zi Ning, Chief Executive Officer of Aoyuan Group and President of Aoyuan Training Institute, visited the training site and gave lessons, and gave a vivid course of How to Become an Excellent Aoyuan Staff from the brand development history of Aoyuan, the stories of venturing into new businesses, eight requirements to become an excellent Aoyuan staff and other aspects. Other major leaders of the Group also gave lessons respectively. It fully reflects Aoyuan’s strategy of people first and emphasis on the staff development, and discusses the joint development between the staff and the Company from the talents strategy.

Aoyuan emphasizes on the strength of the team. In order to improve the overall quality of the staff and the strength of the team, provide physical and mental pleasure and promote the friendship among the team members, Aoyuan arranged wonderful and interesting activities for the staff, of which, the business company and property management company and other companies consecutively held the outward bound programme, to enable everyone to fully demonstrate the team co-operative spirit in the activities and enhance their friendship; Aoyuan Shenyang held a game of tug-of-war. In the keen match, everyone got laughter, but also got the senses of achievement and happiness brought by the strength of the team; Birthday Party for the Staff Whose Birthdays Fall Between August and September at Group Headquarter cum Impression OCT Photography Contest Awards was full of affection and joy with blessing, laughter and clapping……each being moving, which are the warm link between the staff and the enterprise. 

Whether trainings or various indoors and outdoors activities is a step for the meticulous work of Aoyuan, which is sure and steady, strong and vigorous. Rome was not built in a day. Each big or small training or activity will gradually yield strength for Aoyuan to march forward and push Aoyuan to press ahead!
