Aoyuan participated in Guangzhou Real Estate Expo, the healthcare and regimen zone became the highlights of the event

(14 September 2012 – Guangzhou) The 2012 Guangzhou Real Estate Expo was held in Hall C of China Import and Export Fair Pazhou Complex from 14 to 16 September. As the major event of the largest scale and highest standard for the real estate industry in the Guangzhou district, the Expo attracted the participation of numerous governmental units and renowned real estate enterprises and received high attention from different sectors of the public.
As the annual major event in the real estate industry in the whole Guangzhou, the Aoyuan Group attached great importance to it in which strict control was implemented from initial planning to implementation at later stage and a successful display was achieved. The event was led by the brand marketing department of the Group. The six major project companies in the province participated in it proactively and sales linkage was achieved. The participating projects of Aoyuan included: Nansha Aoyuan, Qingyuan Aoyuan, Aoyuan Health Plaza, Zhongshan Aoyuan, Zhongshan Aoyuan·Jinyu and Fogang Aoyuan, a preferential discount was offered to the general public. 
Since there were a number of participating Aoyuan projects with a wide range of product lines and attractive price, many intention clients were attracted there and the clients on-site for enquiry and registration came and went in a continuous stream. In order to allow the clients to understand the information of different properties more conveniently, one stop services including a one on one consultation and vehicles for property visit were specifically included on site. At the same time, it was with to point that a "healthcare and regimen experience zone" was set up in the area of exhibition booth to better embody the concept of "building a healthy life" and create quality housing. The zone provided clients with health services including blood pressure and heart tests as well as regimen consultation for free. This had graced the Expo and further demonstrated the unique brand image of Aoyuan which is healthy and related to regimen.
Based on the statistics, a total of over 1000 batches of clients were received by the exhibition booth of Aoyuan during the three days of Expo and there were over 300 batches of registered intention clients. Nansha Aoyuan, Qingyuan Aoyuan and the Phase 2 of Aoyuan Health Plaza to be launched have gained much concern by the clients, there was continuous consultation on site.
