The media delegation consists of over 20 persons, besides Minister Wen, it comprised Director, Executive and Editor-in-chief of Xiaoxiang Morning Post, CZT Today, Zhuzhou Daily as well as the TV stations and those major network media of Zhuzhou. During the two-day visit, Mr. Guo Zining, the CEO of China Aoyuan Property Group, Ms. Wang Shuyu, Assistant to Group President and General Manager of the Asset Management Company of the Group and the Director of the Administrative Centre of the Group accompanied the delegation for the visit and made a detailed introduction. 

Minister Wen and the fellow media guests first visited Aoyuan Plaza in the morning on 8 September. Mr. Liu Xunqiang, the Executive Deputy General Manager of the Asset Mangment Company of the Group made a detailed introduction of the planning and design, construction progress, the results for investment invitation and positioning of business of Aoyuan Plaza. He also stated that Aoyuan Plaza is an iconic business project in southern region of Guangzhou, the completion of the project will stimulate the economic development of Panyu and even the whole Guangzhou. The delegation questioned enthusiastically and Ms. Wang Shuyu, the Asset Management Company of the Group had an active interaction with the delegation and gave detailed answer to the questions.

Afterwards, the delegation visited Aoyuan Health Plaza. Mr. Pang Zhen, Deputy General Manager of Panyu branch introduced the current condition and long-term planning of Aoyuan Health Plaza in details. Aoyuan Health Plaza provides one-stop consumption experience of regimen. It will satisfy the demand for high-end health and regimen services in Panyu, the project will be built into the chief regimen flagship in southern China. 

Subsequently, the delegation went to the office building at the headquarter of Aoyuan Group to join the media exchange session. Mr. Guo Zining, the CEO extended a warm welcome to the media delegation of Zhuzhou at the session. He also exchanged with the media on the subject of concern including experience in developing regimen properties, the positioning for the Zhuzhou Aoyuan Shennong Lake Project and so on. Mr. Guo stated that, Zhuzhou is a very energetic city and Aoyuan has been advocating health living style. The Group will make use of the accumulated experiences of over 10 years in regimen property to create the Zhuzhou Aoyuan Shennong Lake Project painstakingly. It is expected that it will become an iconic project in Zhuzhou in future. Minister Wen showed full recognition in Aoyuan Group"s comprehensive strength and prospect of development. He said that Aoyuan is an outstanding property development enterprise. The Zhuzhou media went on this trip to Aoyuan with a learning attitude. They would take this opportunity of the trip to show the most outstanding achievement of the regime property to the general public on Zhuzhou, he also indicated that he would support the Aoyuan"s construction in Zhuzhou vigorously.   

Wu Hungtao, the Director of CZT Today indicated that the development of Aoyuan in recent years has set up new features. He considered that the positioning for theme of "regimen" fits in with the trend of the times and meet the actual demand of the general public for health and regimen. There is a vast demand in Zhuzhou at the current stage, he hoped that Aoyuan Group will achieve uniqueness in the regimen-theme property in Zhuzhou.

In the afternoon, the delegation came to the Aoyuan Health City located in Nansha and visited the health management centre in the City. Everyone heaped praise on hygienic environment and service quality of the first class. On the following day, the delegation had a tour in Nansha and they got a grip on the scale and development of Nansha District. The media expressed their admiration towards the forward-looking strategy in development strategy and the study tour successfully ended.
