(6 September 2012-- Kunshan) Mr. Guo Zining, the CEO of China Aoyuan Property Group went to Kunshan Aoyuan in person, paid an inspection visit to the sales centre of Kunshan and construction site under the intense heat of summer and studied the real estate surrounding the project. He also called on the leaders of the local government.
Mr. Guo Zining had just arrived where Kunshan Project located, he went to the sales centre and communicated with the market and sales personnel. He commended the remarkable results in which 88% of the sales mission for the year was completed up till now. He encouraged the project staff to make persistent effort and be proactive and sprint for a more challenging goal. The construction site of the project was organized and in good order and the construction was in good progress. Mr. Zhang Kun, the General Manager of Kunshan Project reported the progress of the construction and the construction status. The management result for the construction of Kunshan Aoyuan was highly recognized by Mr. Guo.
After inspecting the projects, Mr. Guo immediately went to properties nearby for study so as to understand the local market condition. He rushed to the government of Qiandeng Town and he called on Li Wen, the party secretary of the town and Gu Juming, the mayor. Secretary Li expressed his compliment and tribute to Aoyuan that it quickly became the benchmark for the residential value of the people in Kunshan and western Shanghai. He hoped that Aoyuan would further enhance the housing standard in the region through its advanced brand philosophy and influence in the industry. Mr. Guo stated that he is grateful for the concern and support from the local government on Aoyuan Project. As the brand developer, Aoyuan will continue to leverage upon its advantage to make due contribution in improving the residential environment and urbanization in the region.
The instruction and encouragement from Mr. Guo on the Kunshan Aoyuan brought tremendous inspiration to the project staff. The project staff expressed that they were determined and confident to ensure that the task would be completed on time, they would strive to reach the annual sales goal ahead of schedule and sprint for a bigger goal.
