(2 August 2012—Guangzhou) On the back of the good results of the business attraction for Aoyuan Plaza and the forthcoming grand trial operation, Business Solicitation Achievements cum Business Brands Conference of Aoyuan Plaza themed on "Million Business Meets to Embark on "O-STYLE" Life" took place at the Aoyuan Golf Hotel. In attendance were approximately 300 honorable guests,including over a hundred representatives of business occupants,such as ZARA, H&M, Starbucks, China Resources Vanguard, Tao Heung , Stellar Cinema and retailers of various brands, a number of interested businesses, media and people from various communities.  
The conference opened amidst hot and dynamic dance. Ms. Wang Shu Yu, assistant to Group President and general manager of the Asset Management Company delivered speech to the honorable guests, said under the strategy of "developing commercial and residential properties in parallel", the development and operation of commercial properties for Aoyuan achieved good results. Currently, more than ten commercial projects, including Aoyuan Plaza, Aoyuan Health Plaza, Aoyuan International Center, Shenyang Aoyuan·Convention Plaza,Nan Sha Hai Jing Cheng and Aoyuan Golf Hotel  blossomed nationwide, with projects across Guangdong, Shenyang, Chongqing, Hunan and Jiangxi and other places, bringing new energy into regional commercial and urban development. Meanwhile, the Asset Management Company of Aoyuan will also continue to play its strengths in commercial operation, expanding the team continuously, go all out to build Aoyuan Plaza as the core commercial brand of Aoyuan Group and devote to make it become the model of a new generation of regional living centre in China. In the future, we will select high value land for the target-oriented commercial projects development in the first and second-tiered cities, and better serve the cities, famous brands and consumers through the establishment of cooperative alliance with a number of famous brands and the guarantee of stable and fast development of our own premises by professional commercial operation and management company. 
At the conference, Mr. Liu Xun Qiang, standing deputy manager of the Asset Management Company launched the "o-style" branded notion of commercial operation with Aoyuan Plaza as its carrier, and gave an in-depth explanation of the new ideas of "o-style" life from four dimensions, being Aoyuan Group, cities, brand marketers and consumers: to pass on the quality gene of healthy life as advocated by Aoyuan Group, to build brand new commercial model with Aoyuan Plaza as the carrier, to provide   refined management services to brand marketers, to emphasize on the round table spirits of long-term and sustained cooperation and fairness, to fully consider the relationship between human beings and nature, people and people and people and society to which care and tender feelings will be fully incorporated, to make the shopping centre harmonious with the cities, brand marketers and consumers, to create an arena for consumers in which they experience fashion, have a strong sense of belonging and quality and pleasant life, to realize "surpass" with "pleasure" and to lead to establish a new metropolis shopping centre model with an intimate living attitude. 
The responses of the honorable guests present were overwhelming, and thought highly of the commercial achievements made by Aoyuan. They said they had a clearer understanding of strategic planning, project progress, achievements of business solicitation, notion of brand operation and other aspects of the commercial properties sector of Aoyuan, and further enhanced their confidence over the future operation and management of Aoyuan Plaza through this grand conference.
