On July 27, Mr. Guo Zi Ning met with Chen Junwen, Secretary of Zhuzhou Municipal Committee, and Wang Zhigang, Standing Deputy City Mayor. Mr. Guo explained the brilliant development outlook of Aoyuan to the leaders of Zhuzhou City, expressing his concerns about the impact of Aoyuan on the rapid development of the urbanisation of Zhuzhou City, and aspiration for the thriving investment environment of Zhuzhou, in which the Group spared no efforts to identify any suitable investment opportunities.

Secretary Chen Junwen welcomed Aoyuan Group to invest in Zhuzhou. He admired and recognized the development concept of Aoyuan, in particular Aoyuan’s very unique regimen-property development model, and looked forward to Aoyuan’s new projects in Zhuzhou incorporating the regimen concept into the products, making the project to become Zhuzhou’s healthy living area of its kinds.

The next morning, chaired by Mr. Guo Zi Ning, the Zhuzhou company held the first board meeting at which team members of the project company had been officially appointed and the business objectives and development strategy had been specified.
