Adjacent to Shenyang International Exhibition Center, Shenyang Aoyuan·Convention Plaza is the composite commercial real estate project with the largest investment in Shenyang at present, which keeps receiving attention and  support from leaders of both the municipal committee of Shenyang and Sujiatun District.

Li Yuanfei, general manager of Shenyang Aoyuan sub-district provided the leaders with a detailed introduction of the project"s progress and made an in-depth illustration of the planning of the commercial section to which municipal leaders such as Deputy Secretary Xing attached particular importance. After the introduction of the construction progress of the project, Deputy Secretary Xing expressed that, Shenyang Aoyuan Project moved forward steadily in all aspects and presented a favourable development momentum and prospect. He believed that Shenyang Aoyuan would further expedite the construction progress of the project and develop a prime super-sized MICE economic complex in Shenyang, which would in turn provide a substantial support to the surrounding facilities of Shenyang International Exhibition Center. The committee of Sujiatun District and relevant leaders expressed that they would strongly support the construction work of the two projects of Shenyang Aoyuan.
