Two Aoyuan projects in Zhongshan enter top 10 in Zhongshan real estate market in May

(11 June 2012 - Zhongshan) According to statistics on records of Zhongshan Bureau of Land monitored and ranking published by home77.com, Zhongshan Aoyuan and Aoyuan Jinyu, two projects of Aoyuan Zhongshan branch, entered top 10 in real estate transaction volume ranking of Zhongshan in May. Aoyuan became one of the two large-scale property developers of famous brand with two projects in the top 10 list at the same time, the other is the local brand Agile.

Brand effect gradually emerging in Zhongshan after two years of cultivation
Going beyond the good sales of the two projects in Zhongshan is the success of cultivation on Aoyuan"s brand there. Either of Zhongshan"s "top choice for healthy living in Zhongshan" and Aoyuan.Jinyu"s "200,000 m2 of urban quality complex" can vividly reflect Aoyuan"s development philosophy of "Building a healthy, low-carbon lifestyle" and its keen foresight of the "strategy of developing commercial and residential properties in parallel".
Since the launch of Aoyuan"s first project in Zhongshan – Zhongshan Aoyuan in 2010, Zhongshan Aoyuan organized many brand activities including "Charity walk for ten thousand" (慈善萬人行), "Award presentation for International Garden Community" (國際花園社區頒獎典禮), "Welcome the Asian Games, Family Talent Competition" (迎亞運家庭才藝大賽), "Best Comics by Teenagers" (青少年漫畫大賽), "Miss Tourism (International) Beauty Contest" (國際旅遊小姐評選) and others and established the brand with the image of health and affinity among Zhongshan people.
In 2011, Zhongshan branch launched its second project – Aoyuan.Jinyu and began the cultivation of the Aoyuan brand linking the two developments. Brand effect brings good harvest in May
Entering into 2012, market condition of Zhongshan is not optimistic due to tightening of policy. Overall transaction volume and price plummeted. Adhering to the Group"s theme of 2012 of "the Year of Quality Life", the Zhongshan branch further enhanced its product quality and service quality and, starting with the large-scale activities of "Olympic Year, Aoyuan Love", launched a series of brand functions comprising an early spring new product presentation of Zhongshan Aoyuan, the moving in of famous brands into shops of Aoyuan.Jinyu, "Aoyuan Cup" Zhongshan badminton competition in May, Xie Xingfang"s badminton skills exchange in June, press conference on Zhongshan Aoyuan Xingchen team and others, which raised a crest of interest in the market. Leveraging on these brand activities, the two projects launched their products to expand market share: first, Zhongshan Aoyuan rejuvenated the local real estate market and created the scene of overnight queuing of customers rushing for the flats, then Aoyuan.Jinyu had anchor merchants such as China Resources Vanguard and Bank of China moved in and further premier shops were launched, and its shops became hot items in the local market.
Having the two projects both entering into top 10 of the ranking, all staff of the Zhongshan branch said that they will be vigilant against pride and impatience and keep up their high spirits to go ahead and practice the brand"s philosophy for better results.
