(10 June 2012 – Shenyang) Guo Zi Ning, the chief executive officer of China Aoyuan Property Group Limited, left for Shenyang Aoyuan branch to give direction on research and study of local operation. Immediately following his arrival in the afternoon of that day, Mr. Guo specifically visited leaders of Su Jia Tun District, Shenyang Municipality including Deng Fulin, the committee secretary. The leaders expressed positive recognition to Shenyang Aoyuan for its current planning, development and progress of constructions and highly appreciated the sales results of Shenyang Aoyuan in January to May 2012 which topped in the sales of commodity housing in the city by number of unit.
In the morning of 11 June, Mr. Guo specifically visited Li Hongde, the Mayor of Su Jia Tun District, at the government"s office, where they had constructive conversation and exchanges and Mayor Li stated that as Shenyang Aoyuan is a large-scale real estate complex in the district, the local government will remain in full support for such development.
The same day afternoon, Mr. Guo presided over a conference of all employees of Shenyang Aoyuan, where he expressed his appreciation to the energetic and passionate spirits and working momentum of the management team and all staff of Shenyang Aoyuan and his positive recognition to sales of Shenyang Aoyuan in January to May 2012 which topped in the city"s commodity housing by number of unit. He hoped all employees in Shenyang area will unite to establish Shenyang Aoyang into a benchmark project in Shenyang and even in the northeast.
