Zhongshan Aoyuan launched two phases with engagement of branded merchants – Sales reached RMB185 million in April
(30 April 2012 – Zhongshan) In the afternoon of 28 April, the signing ceremony of branded merchants of Zhongshan Aoyuan·Jinyu was solemnly held at the plaza of the project. CR Vanguard signed the leasing agreement on the spot. Branded merchants including BOC, Dongcheng Shuixiang (東城水鄉), Xiaoxiang Yueyu (瀟湘粵語) and Shangu Restaurant (山谷飯店) signed the letter of intent for the leasing of the project. On the same day, the premier shop of Aoyuan·Jinyu was launched and the principal leisure mall of the West of Zhongshan City was presented.
Aoyuan Brand showed its popularity and leading position
The signing event was filled with people. Guests such as relevant leaders of the Municipal Government of Shaxi Town, Zhongshan City, the deputy general manager of Aoyuan Assets Liu Xunqiang and leaders of the administrative group of Zhongshan Pianqu attended the signing ceremony. The representatives of branded merchants, major media of Zhongshan and about 300 property owners and clients of Aoyuan actively participated in the event.
Mr. Yang Jianxiang, the general manager of Aoyuan Zhongshan regimen addressed the event and introduced the achievement of the parallel development of commercial and residential land uses of China Aoyuan Property Group Limited as well as the advantages and development prospect of the Project Aoyuan·Jinyu. Meanwhile, branded enterprises such as CR Vanguard also explained the reasons for choosing Aoyuan·Jinyu. Chen Anyong, manager of CR Vanguard, believed that, the surrounding leisure and business region of Aoyuan Jinyu gathered thousands of merchants from three main professional markets and about 150,000 people from 11 well-developed communities, contributing to a valuable business opportunity. CR Vanguard took the lead in developing its business at the leisure mall of Aoyuan Jinyu.
A launch ceremony for the premier shop was immediately started once the signing ceremony was completed. At the time when the buyer acquiring the premier shop comprising all 17 stores in the two blocks signed the purchase contract, the passion of participants was brought to new heights.
Parallel launch of projects – Zhongshan Aoyuan made profit in April
From the launch of Zhongshan Aoyuan "Chun xiao" on 21 April to the signing ceremony of Aoyuan·Jinyu on 28 April, Zhongshan Pianqu Company effectively shared its marketing resources for the two projects. Over 100 clients of Zhongshan Aoyuan also attended the signing ceremony of the Aoyuan Jinyu brand. This further enhanced the influence of the brand and assured the results of the event.
In Zhongshan, property turnover dropped for consecutive 5 months year-on-year, but Aoyuan bucked the market trend. In April, Aoyuan was the top winner in the property market of Zhongshan. The two projects of Zhongshan Pianqu Company recorded a total purchase amount of RMB185 million, helping it to move a significant step towards attaining the sales goal for the year, amid the subsisting downturn in property market of Zhongshan.
