Promotion Event for Apartments of Area II of Fogang Aoyuan and Appreciation Event solemnly held
(17 April 2012 – Fogang) In the prosperous spring, Fogang Aoyuan held the appreciation event "Colorful Carnival" and the promotion event for apartments of Area II at the sales center to express its gratitude towards the support and care of property owners over these few years. Top pastry chefs were invited to demonstrate the DIY of cakes on the spot and over 200 property owners and clients participated in the event with enthusiasm.
At 1 pm, clients arrived one after the other and joined the boisterous but warm merrymaking. Before the start of the event, the majority of the clients showed great interests in the coming launch of apartments of Area II "Tang HOUSE" and had a detailed understanding of the products under the guidance of salesmen.
At 2 pm, the event started with a passionate Brazilian Samba dance performance that aroused the enthusiasm of the property owners. The "Cake DIY Games" even pushed the event to its climax. With the demonstration by the pastry chefs and the fashion models wearing servant dresses, owners actively took the initiatives to participate in the activity. Participants formed groups with their families and made their own DIY cakes named "I Love My Home", "Little Town With Hot Spring" and "Love Aoyuan" etc. Property owners used the names of their cakes to express their passion towards Aoyuan, their home and the ideal life. Finally, the emcee selected the winners with the audiences and issued the prizes.
Apart from the "Cake DIY Games", face-changing performance, magic shows and Korean dancing performance were presented. Besides, games with prizes such as speed questions and price quiz were held to have interaction with owners and guests. The final lucky draw even pushed the event to its climax again. The appreciation event ended with satisfied smiling faces of owners. The 3-hour event brought excellent performance as well as a joyful weekend to the guests.
During the event, the staff of Fogang Aoyuan made a summary introduction of the apartments of Area II, which earned a more solid recognition from the clients towards the brand, products and services of Aoyuan. Quite a number of clients decided to register for purchase of the apartments.
