Shenyang Aoyuan·Convention Plaza signed hotel cooperation agreement with Starwood Chan Ming Ltd

(March 20, 2012 - Shenyang) Shenyang Aoyuan·Convention Plaza and Starwood Chan Ming Hong Kong Holdings Ltd. formally signed a project cooperation agreement in Shenyang Aoyuan Convention Plaza Hotel. Starwood Hotels & Resorts International Group, one of the top 500 hotel management groups in the world which is introduced by Starwood Chan Ming company, is agreed to comply with the standards of Fu Peng Sheraton in the Design, construction, operation, management and investment cooperation of Shenyang Aoyuan·Convention Plaza Hotel.

Starwood Hotels & Resorts International Group is one of the world"s largest hotel and entertainment groups. The signing of this agreement shows China Aoyuan Property Group has entered to a substantive stage with the cooperation of the international first-tier hotel brands, again achieved a breakthrough in the commercial real estate development. Aoyuan has thus taken a successful step in the implementation of commercial and residential parallel development strategy.
