The villa that Mr. Chi purchased is one of the high-end villas in No. 5 District in Nansha Aoyuan. The purchasers of this district are generally the elite of social success who have very strict requirements. As the villa sold with decoration, some details were not satisfied by the owners. Mr. Chi tried to give his own requirements and recommendations to the marketing department and customer service department as he hoped things can be improved.
