At the conference, Group CEO Mr. Yang Zhong first reviewed the annual results of the projects of the Group. It was an extraordinary year for the Group in 2011, under the leadership by the Chairman of the Board, Mr. Guo Ziwen, the Group and the project companies… and made a positive response to seize opportunities in the real estate market which was full of competition. Relying on great effort and hard work, contract sales and the amount of income that had been confirmed surpassed 2010. Land reserves also reached the goal. The Group has taken a solid step forward on sustainable development. In 2012, the Group will continue adhering to the "steady and rapid development" strategy, and always adhere to the "results-oriented goals", strengthened the management of the staff, the whole process, and the whole cycle.

Aoyuan has always been advocating reviewing on performance, result-oriented evaluation principles to strictly measure business data of each project. In the dignified Annual Summary Conference, the Group leaders signed a “2012 Military Order” with the project companies and second-class companies. “Military Order” acts as a baton, directing the the whole Group to achieve a better performance in a passionate and harmonious atmosphere.

Following by Vice Chairman, and President Mr. Guo Zining made a speech. Mr. Guo described the work of the Group in 2011 in detail, and talked about the achievements of excellent workers. The Summary Conference also gave recognition of outstanding teams and individuals in 2011. Among which, the Group Investment and Development Center was nominated as the excellent management team, Nansha Area Team was nominated as the outstanding operation team, Dai Jin and other 10 people won the "Outstanding Management" title, Li Shihong and other 30 people won the "Outstanding Star Staff" title, Xia Chengjun and other 6 people won the "Outstanding Correspondent" title, 2011 Top 10 New of Aoyuan was also selected. In addition, the "2011 Four Quarters Marketing Star" was nominated. As the vanguard of non-public enterprises, the Group presented the awards of 2011 Annual Advanced Branch, Outstanding Party Workers, Outstanding Party Members etc.

Group Chairman Mr. Guo Ziwen made a concluding speech. Mr.Guo said that last year was an extraordinary year. It was a year of training, a year that leaded Aoyuan become mature. The Group"s management in 2011 has been significantly improved, sense of culture is more intense. Emergence of a new generation of “Aoyuaners” provides a large number of talent staff for the rapid development of the Group. Currently, a number of real estate companies faced capital tension, layoffs and other negative conditions, but Aoyuan became one of the few real estate companies with net cash flow in 2011 by relying on the parallel development strategy of residential as a core and supplemented by commercial property that was established a few years ago.

Mr. Guo emphasized that, in 2012, on one hand Aoyuan will strengthen the management, seek opportunities in the economic crisis in order to be ahead of the real estate market competition. On the other hand, by rapid sales, Aoyuan will improve marketing planning capability in order to achieve competitive differentiation. Based on rigid demand, Aoyuan will further strengthen health, regimen, low-carbon products as the core competitiveness. Mr. Guo Ziwen also emphasized that, in 2012, Aoyuan has to be a pioneer and innovator, actively promote and implement the works stated on the “Military Order”. As the Group has good values and excellent corporate culture, it will help Aoyuan become first-class real estate company. Mr. Guo called on all staff of Aoyuan should always keep in mind the trust of the Group from shareholders and investors, diligently and dedicatedly work with mission, brings Aoyuan to a new development level in 2012.
