China Aoyuan Property Group won the award of " TOP10 Real Estate Company Brand Value in South China 2011"

(September 9, 2011 - Beijing) In the 2011 China Real Estate Brand Value Research Conference cum the 8th China Real Estate Brand Development Forum, with over RMB1200 million valuation brand value, China Aoyuan Property Group won the award of " TOP10 Real Estate Company Brand Value in South China 2011", jointly sponsored by the State Council Development Research Center of Enterprise Research Institute, Tsinghua University Real Estate Institute, and China Index Research Institute.
At the conference, China Real Estate TOP10 Research Group released the report of "2011 China Real Estate Brand Value Research" which was based on the study of mainland real estate brand value. As indicated in the report, Aoyuan have been identified as the brand value of RMB 1,204,000,000.
The Study Group expressed, for 16 years, as a leading integrated real estate development company, Aoyuan committed to the complex real estate development and has achieved great success by bringing this concept into practice. Aoyuan adhered to the brand development concept of "To build a healthy low-carbon life", continued to explore health residence and low-carbon living environment, has always focused on promoting low-carbon, health and regimen lifestyle in a number of projects, strived to become a "healthy lifestyle operators." The development of innovative ideas and distinctive characteristics of the projects will not only make these projects under Aoyuan have been widely recognized, but also arise the Group"s brand value. China real estate brand value research activity is hosted by the China Real Estate TOP10 Research Group (Institute of the State Council Development Research Center, Tsinghua University Real Estate Institute and the China Index Research Institute). The research activity has been going on for eight years since 2004. It has been widely recognized by domestic and foreign research professional organizations, media and other community. The Study Group fully consulted from the international experience in the assessment of brand value, combined with China"s macroeconomic and development characteristics of the real estate industry, quantitatively access the real estate brand value through the BVA (Brand Value Added) research methods and empirical research. Study of 2011 concluded that China"s real estate industry has entered a brand competition period, brand real estate effects will continuously arise even under the purchase limit, loan limit, and credit limit.
