Aoyuan was a local enterprise firstly founded in 1997 in Panyu District. Over more than ten years, it has been successfully developed Guangzhou Aoyuan, Nanguo Aoyuan, Nansha Aoyuan, Chongqing Aoyuan, Shenyang Aoyuan and other more than twenty large-scale real estate projects, and was successfully listed in Hong Kong in 2007. As a non-public enterprise, Aoyuan has always significantly involved in the building works of the Party and established a Party Branch in 2004. Growing involvement of party members and the dedicated spirits and hard-working attitude brought from these members provided a strong power in the development of the Group. There are total of 116 members in Aoyuan, including 55 female members. The average age of members is 32 years old, with 20 members hold master and doctoral degrees, and 68 members hold bachelor degree. Meanwhile, Aoyuan Party Branch was awarded by the Party Committee as the "Excellent Party Branch" many times.

Secretary Tan said the establishment of Aoyuan Group Party Committee was an important event in the development of non-public party committee in Panyu District, as it symbolized Panyu District government’s emphasis on party-building work had achieved a new level. He expected that Aoyuan Group Party Committee members will strengthen self-value development, contribute to party building and economic construction in accordance with the "five good" requirements. A grand opening ceremony was held to celebrate the establishment of "China Communist Party Aoyuan Group Co., Ltd Committee." After the ceremony, five party branches members election was hosted by the Group party committees.
