Shenyang Aoyuan·The Metropolis general manager Mr. TAO Liqun reported the work progression of Aoyuan·The Metropolis over the previous year. In 2010, Aoyuan successfully developed the project of Aoyuan·The Metropolis in Shenyang, the Group established a set of "low-carbon healthy housing" technical support system in product research and development, and implemented the brand concept of "low-carbon and health" into the project development and construction, which received compliments from the society at large.

Shenyang Aoyuan Director Mr. LI Guangwei said Aoyuan gave positive respond to the government police on the construction of Hun River New Town and regional development planning of Sujiatun. Leaders of Aoyuan Group recognized the great importance of this policy and in line with the development of MICE business district, started the development of Shenyang Aoyuan·Convention Plaza ahead of schedule. The overall project construction area is more than 1.40 million square meters.
