In the afternoon, Mr. Yang Zhong, as the Group Executive Director, Chief Operating Officer, firstly gave us a report of "China Aoyuan Property Group 32summary of 2010 and the work for 2011"; then Group"s board of directors" Vice Chairman, President Guo Zining brought us a report of "adhere to the people-oriented ideological work and strict scientific management system, to construct most developed well-being Aoyuan reflecting the value of people"; lastly, Group"s Chairman of the Board Mr. Guo Ziwen, delivered a speech. Chairman Guo made the review and outlook about the competitive situation in real estate market, and pointed out the board"s work of focus in New Year, the direction which requires all Aoyuan people"s work together. And fully affirmed the hard work of Group"s and every project management"s leaders over the past year, while encouraged all Aoyuan people to continue to strive for the new goal of 2011.

During 2010, a number of outstanding teams and individuals emerged in Aoyuan Group and the project companies. A grand prize-awarding ceremony was held during Summary Conference. the company of Panyu Area won the award of outstanding operation team, Group"s R & D center was awarded the outstanding management team, Assistant to President, Director of Investment and Development Centre Miss Liangying won the investment project award, Li Yuanfei and other 9 people won the award of outstanding management personnel, Chen Jideng and others got the honor of best employees, Liu Hui and others 5 people got the honor of the best correspondent, Yang Pei and other 16 employees who have been working in Aoyuan for more than ten years won the special award of "ten years Aoyuan people · ten years of affection for Aoyuan".

At 7:00pm, after a brief and passionate opening show of "dragon dance for greeting spring", Group"s Chairman of the Board Mr. Guo Ziwen extend a toast, and together with the Vice-Chairman Guo Zi Ning start the crystal ball for the opening ceremony of party.

At 10:30 pm, China Aoyuan Property Group Annual summary Conference of 2010 and the spring party were successfully concluded.
