At 10:00 am, December 18, many interactive games (i.e. Joyful Ferrule, Interest Clown, Saving Snow White, Automobile Race, Splendid Shooting Machine, etc.) were attracting the little owners of Nansha Aoyuan to amuse themselves as much as they like. In the art gallery of J Block Apartment, the owners can appreciate the works of elegant maestros instead of going out.

At 3:00 pm, the jazziness, singing and dancing, and magic show activated the scene over and over. What attracted the owners most is the final lottery draw. If taking part in the lottery draw, all had the chance to get the 10 thousand famous brand refrigerators, pocket pc, mobile phone and other fashionable awards. In the event, the Sales Center and Client Department were crowded with people. The sales volume of that very day reached a new level.

At 19:00 pm, December 26, the owners sharing party of "DaDi Feast, Happy Party" of Zhongshan Aoyuan was being held grandly in Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts.

The atmosphere of the party was warm and harmonious. Except for the wonderful performance and various lottery drawings, a 6-minute VCR was carefully prepared and it shared with the clients the one-year achievements after the Aoyuan entered into Zhongshan and the future value in detail. Besides, the VCR contained the prevue of the main products of 2010 Project, which further deepened the acknowledgement of the owners towards Aoyuan brand and Zhongshan Aoyuan project, and started the prelude of the products of the 2nd period. This party was not only the feedback of the owners and clients of the previous stage, but also was the most effective means of making use of client public praise to push forward backend sales. It is believable that Zhongshan Aoyuan will surely do better with the vigorous propaganda the client public praise and the support of the pre-owners.

The Owner Thanks Meeting and Lucky Draws "Two Projects Celebrating, Thanksgiving Returning" of Aoyuan·Hai Jing Cheng was held in Jinsha Plaza on December 12th, which is greatly supported by the owners. About 400 new and old owners participated in that celebration, gathering together to discuss the Aoyuan. The activity was divided into three parts: artistic performance, French buffet and live draws. 

The most exciting lucky draws began at 3 pm on time and the awards was brand-name appliances, including: Panasonic plasma TV valued at 10,000, Haier side by side combination refrigerator, Midea electric cooker and other appliances, which made the  owners in high spirits. 

In this series of Owner Thanks Meeting, Aoyuan and the owners have both expressed their gratitude to each other. Aoyuan expected to close the distance of the owners by organizing such activities to build a communication platform for the old and new owners. Some activities for owners would be held from time to time in the future for striving to return the trust of the every owner with perfect detailed services.
