Panyu District Mayor - Mr. Lou Xukui visited Aoyuan Plaza
In the afternoon of July 11,accompanied by Head of the Panyu District Planning Bureau Mr. Sun Shi, Head of the Municipal Management Bureau Mr. Zhou Jianhui, Qiaonan Street Party Director Mr. Qui Zhigang and Party Commitee Ms.Chen Hongying, Panyu District Mayor Mr. Lou Xukui visited Aoyuan Plaza.Group Deputy Chairman Guo ZiNing and executive deputy general manager of Panyu District Mr. Yang Jianpeng welcomed the guests by a warm greeting, and introduced the planning design, progress, investment and organization of retail orientation of Aoyuan Plaza project to them.
On the important role played by Aoyuan Plaza on the local economic development, Mayor Lou gave his full recognition. He played a visit to the construction site, had a cordial conversation with the management staff and encouraged them to do a good job on the site safety, quality and progress.
Aoyuan Plaza is located in dense population center - Panyu District, with an area of 63,000 square meters, total construction area of 250,000 square meters. Including shopping malls, commercial pedestrain street and hotel-style apartments. It is the largest and most complicated one-stop shopping and leisure centre in Southern Guangzhou. It is also the key project in Panyu District. The current construction is progressing smoothly. Customers registered subscription is considered to be positive. The completion of the project will become the largest business flagship in South Guangzhou.
Mayor Lou and other guests revisied on the proposed traffic layout and the surrounding metro lines of Aoyuan Plaza, and also required the relative district offices to make a general coordination.
