With a total area of 250,000 sq.m., Aoyuan Plaza is the largest and most comprehensive commercial complex in the southern Guangzhou region.  The project attracted many tenants and buyers to register as the sales center officially launched.  Some banks, mega super stores, multinational fast food chain stores and famous local brands expressed their interest.  The project is planned to be launched in the second half of the year.  Benefiting from the southward expansion of commercial center in Guangzhou, the project has huge appreciation potential

In addition to well received commercial projects, China Aoyuan also launched two residential projects.  Jiangmen Aoyuan – The Champion City is located in the prime area of Pengjiang District of Jiangmen.  The sales center and showroom were officially launched on 26 June.  The project is located at the newly planned administration center of Jiangmen.  Municipal office buildings, star hotels, bus stations, schools, and other new municipal facilities are connected within a 1km distance.

The roadshow of Aoyuan – Lion Ocean No.1 was also launched on 26 June.  Natural views, prime location and regimen are the key selling points for the project.  It is not only a residential project with ecological forests and view of green hills and lake, but also a place for regimen.  The project is well received by potential buyers.
