China Aoyuan Wins "The 9th (2010) Top 20 Guangdong Property Enterprises with High Credit" for 9 Consecutive Years Its Commercial

Hong Kong, 1 June 2010 – Due to its good reputation, stable and healthy financial position, China Aoyuan Property Group Limited ("China Aoyuan" or "the Group", Stock Code: 3883.HK) was awarded "The 9th (2010) Top 20 Guangdong Property Enterprises with High Credit" by Guangdong branch of 4 state-owned banks: Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited, Agricultural Bank of China, Bank of China Limited and China Construction Bank Corporation. China Aoyuan has become one of the four Guangdong property enterprises who wins the award for 9 consecutive years.
The assessment criteria of this year are capital, credibility and future prospect, the jury evaluated the candidates’ integrity of credit system, rationality of networks, operation and developments. It"s the 9th times that China Aoyuan wins this award that demonstrates its brand and stable development were widely recognized by financial institutions and consumers, as well as the Group’s leading position in the industry and stable and healthy financial condition. In addition, because of its widely promoted low-carbon concept and outstanding contribution to social charity activities, China Aoyuan was also awarded "Most responsible property enterprise" in the same event.
China Aoyuan not only owns a strong capability in residential projects, but also develops a number of quality commercial property projects. One of the commercial projects --- Aoyuan Plaza situated in Panyu and was well-received by numerous brand names before its launching. Moreover, the project has won the "2010 China Property Top 10 New City Landmark" in April.
