At 10:58 am, the ceremony began. The vice general manager of Sujiatun project of Shenyang regional company, Liqun TAO delivered a speech on behalf of Aoyuan Group.  Mr. TAO appreciated the strong support of the International New Town project from Shenyang Municipal Government, especially the Sujiatun District and community leaders at all levels. He stated that, to reflect the better development potential of the Hunhe New Town, the Group will maintain the principles of healthy low-carbon by combining architecture and regional development to reach a better coordination. As always, the Group will strive to bring quality products by putting efforts to create a set of hotels, apartments, 5A class writing room, the Waterfront Commercial Street, and high-end housing, which will make the project to become an  international metro complex that are full of modern sense of low-carbon, health, and environmental protection.

At 11:15 am, the company leaders and leaders of Sujiatun District cut the ribbon, marking the official start of construction of the Shenyang Aoyuan·International New Town. 

Shenyang Aoyuan·International New Town is another strategic development project followed by Shenyang Aoyuan·International Animation City. The project is located in the potential area of Shenyang – Hunhe New Town. It is believed that as the driving force, this project will bring a great influence on the southern expansion of Shenyang city, and therefore it has gained Shenyang Municipal Government and the community"s high priority and attention. With a "complex International New Town" concept, and positioning a low-carbon, healthy, and environmental protection target, the project will certainly become the quality grand landmark in the Shenyang Dahunnan region.
