According to the official data released from Chongqing Housing Bureau (重慶國土房屋管理局), Chongqing Aoyuan·City of Health sold 3,414 units in 2009 and approximately 332,800 sq.m. GFA were sold at an average selling price of RMB 4,292/sq.m.. Chongqing Aoyuan·City of Health ranks Top in both units and GFA sold, which achieved "Double Champion" in the market. On the other hand, the project received total sales proceeds of RMB1.428 billion last year that ranks second on the list.
